Recladding of the AIS Hall of Champions residences to achieve NCC compliance

Scope of Work:

• Removal of the non compliant PE core Aluminium composite panel. 

• Works to the cavities to bring the fire and thermal building elements up to the current building code which included installing new smoke and fire barriers. 

• Removal of the expanded foam insulation and replacing with rockwool fire barrier and recladding with Lysaght Miniorb and Lysaght Dominion.
