Being situated in the heart of Canberra City this reclad job presented CBS with a group of timing, space and pedestrian management questions to answer and formulate management plans in order to satisfy the requirements of the building owners and the City Managers.

Canberra Building Services were the Head Contractor on this job ( we carry an A Class Builders Licence) and therefor were able to deliver a seamless coordinated site establishment, demolition and reinstatement process which translated to a very acceptable construction period.
